Our services
Your doctor chooses and explains each one after the exam. You can say no to any part.

Spinal decompression therapy
You rest on a table that slowly and gently changes the pull on your spine. Your doctor decides after the exam whether it is an option for you, and explains how it works, what it feels like and what the risks are.
Decided after your exam
You can ask to stop at any time
Often paired with exercise

Spinal adjustment
Controlled, hands-on movement of a joint in the spine. Your doctor explains the technique and its risks before the first adjustment, and there are lower-force options to ask about.

Rehabilitative exercise
Exercises your doctor picks for how you move and what your job asks of you: lifting, bending, carrying. The plan changes as you go, and you leave with a short routine to do on your own.

Soft tissue therapy
Hands-on work on tight muscle and the tissue around joints, with instrument-assisted tools where your doctor thinks they fit. Tell us about anywhere that is tender.

Packing lines, fields, shop floors. Your doctor looks at how you stand and move through a shift.
Bending and reaching
Picking, stacking, planting. We look at the movements you repeat all day.
Driving and sitting
Forklifts, trucks and long commutes. We look at how you sit and what helps you change position.

FAQ
Service Questions
Common questions about our services.
01How long is a visit?
The first visit takes about an hour. Later visits are shorter, and your doctor tells you what to expect for yours.
02Does spinal decompression hurt?
Many people feel a gentle stretch while they rest on the table. Tell your doctor if anything is uncomfortable and they will adjust it or stop.
03Can I combine treatments?
A plan often includes more than one kind of care. Your doctor explains each part, and you can say no to any of them.
