How we work

We start with an exam, explain your options and their risks, and plan care with you.

  • Exam first

Your doctor asks about your work and examines how you move, then explains what was found before any treatment is suggested.

  • Hands-on and table-based care

Spinal decompression, adjustment and soft tissue work, chosen by your doctor after the exam. You can say no to any part.

  • Exercise for your job

A short routine built around what your day asks of your back: lifting, bending, carrying and long hours on your feet.

Care that starts with an exam

Your doctor examines how you move, explains what was found, and lays out the options and their risks before anything starts. X-rays are taken only when medically necessary. You decide what happens next, and we tell you if you should see a physician first.

What we do

We give hands-on chiropractic care to people whose jobs are hard on the back: field and packing-house work, warehouse shifts, driving and lifting. Care combines spinal decompression, adjustment and exercise, and your doctor plans it after the exam. Results vary from person to person.

Our Treatments

Each one is chosen by your doctor after the exam, and explained before it starts.

  • A practitioner's hand rests on the shoulder and lower back of a seated woman

    Spinal adjustment

Controlled, hands-on movement of a joint in the spine. Your doctor explains the technique and its risks first.

  • A practitioner's hands work along the back of a person lying under a white sheet

    Soft tissue therapy

Hands-on work on tight muscle and the tissue around joints, with tools where your doctor thinks they fit.

  • A practitioner stretches the raised leg of a woman lying on a treatment table

    Rehabilitative exercise

Exercises picked for how you move and what your job asks of you, shown and checked in the office.

  • A practitioner stretches the leg of a woman lying on a mat

    Posture analysis

A look at how you stand, sit and move, with advice for your workstation, vehicle or line.
